Step 1

After payment, you’ll get access to your personal account and the “Start” section.

There, you’ll find your first steps, choose your trainer and workout program, and get everything you need to begin.

Step 2

Join the chat where our mentors will help answer all your questions.

For those on the plan with a personal mentor, your coach will arrange a convenient time for a call or chat and walk you through everything you need to know.

Step 3

Take your initial measurements, optional before photos, and submit your entry for the team competition (optional).

You’ll also receive portion size recommendations, menu plans, and your first week’s workouts.

Step 4

Progress tracking: Regardless of your plan, you’ll keep a daily log of your meals and workouts and receive feedback from your mentor.

Will I definitely lose weight?
We’ve put together a team of professionals with personal experience in weight loss, backed by scientific research. We've walked this path ourselves and kept only the most effective methods! Of course, most of the effort will come from you, but we’ll be there at every step, ready to support and motivate you when needed.
I work, I’m afraid I won’t have time
Like most of our participants! Believe us, it’s even harder for stay-at-home moms who face more temptations at home. In our program, we’ll help you prioritize, and other participants will share their experiences. If you struggle, your mentor will always be available to discuss it. And if you choose the “With a Personal Mentor” package, your mentor will help you find time for workouts, taking your busy schedule into account.
How do I become a participant?

Who is the meal plan suitable for?
Our meal plan is suitable for breastfeeding mothers. We also offer a vegetarian menu. If you choose the package with a personal mentor, we’ll give you tailored recommendations on how to build your menu with the foods you can eat. We’ll also help you figure out what to order at cafes and restaurants if you eat out. And yes, it will be delicious – we promise!
Are the workouts difficult?
In our online course, you’ll have access to several workout programs depending on your plan: programs for women with excess weight, beginners, intermediate levels, recovery programs, and advanced athletes. Our trainers will help you choose the program that suits you best. The workouts are no longer than 30 minutes, adapted for home training, and available in recordings. We’ve done everything to ensure our program fits the life of a modern woman!
Do I need to buy special equipment for the workouts?
You can easily replace special equipment with everyday items. For example, dumbbells can be swapped for water bottles or laundry detergent containers – they often come with convenient handles.
