There, you’ll find your first steps, choose your trainer and workout program, and get everything you need to begin.
Join the chat where our mentors will help answer all your questions.
For those on the plan with a personal mentor, your coach will arrange a convenient time for a call or chat and walk you through everything you need to know.
Take your initial measurements, optional before photos, and submit your entry for the team competition (optional).
You’ll also receive portion size recommendations, menu plans, and your first week’s workouts.
Progress tracking: Regardless of your plan, you’ll keep a daily log of your meals and workouts and receive feedback from your mentor.
This will help you avoid mistakes and achieve better results. At the end of each week, you’ll take new measurements and receive feedback.
Weekly online workouts, live sessions with the psychologist, and mentors will give you the motivation you need to stay on track. Recordings will be available for all sessions.
